Maintenance & Repair · Kempen, Belgium & the Netherlands
Forklift maintenance and repair Turns according to the Linde-schedule — at your location with our service van, or in our own workshop in Mol.
A forklift standing idle costs you more than a service. That is why we maintain your machines according to the manufacturer's schedule and document what has been done. You receive the work order with all items signed off, so you can see what was actually checked.

How we work
We come to you, or we pick up the machine.
We carry out most maintenance and minor repairs right on your premises. If a machine can be out of service for a longer period, or if more is needed than fits in the van, we will pick it up and replace it with a new forklift.
At your location,
with the service bus
Our service van is fully equipped and BMWT-certified. This allows us to carry out maintenance, minor repairs, and periodic safety inspections right on your premises — your machine does not have to leave.
- Maintenance on your own premises
- Minor repairs and modifications
- Periodic on-site safety inspection
In our workshop,
with replacement truck
Can't you do without your forklift? Then we will provide a replacement machine. We pick up your forklift, perform the maintenance or repair, and return it. This ensures your business does not come to a standstill, even during a longer repair.
- We take care of pick-up and return.
- Replacement forklift during work
- Space for major repairs and overhaul

See what we do in two minutes
For most companies, maintenance is an invoice and a signature. That is why we filmed it: you see what happens from the moment you call until the machine is back up and running.
Next, you will also know what to ask for — from us, and from anyone else who maintains your forklifts.
The program Linde-scheme
What happens during every maintenance service
Linde It prescribes a service every 1000 operating hours. We come every 500. As a result, the time between inspections remains short, and we detect wear before it becomes damage. Each service has its own checklist, and the more extensive the service, the more is replaced rather than inspected.
The regular turn
The service that recurs most frequently. Oil and filters are drained, the lifting mechanism is inspected, lubricated, and adjusted, and we read out the fault memory. We conclude with a function test and a test drive.
- 52 checkpoints
- Replace consumables
- Function test and test drive
Nine points added
Everything from the routine service, plus work that is not needed for a longer period. The hydraulic system and sensors receive extra attention here: they are not only checked but also readjusted.
- 60 checkpoints
- Special attention to hydraulics and sensors
- Wear check on the lifting device
The big turn
Here, points become heavier rather than more numerous. Parts that are only checked during smaller innings are now removed regardless — even if they still look good. That is precisely the purpose of a major overhaul.
- 62 checkpoints
- Replace instead of check
- Also on time: at least every three years
Points on the toughest turn — from the engine to the forks
With us, a service covers the entire machine, not just the engine. What exactly is on the list varies per service and per machine. What you receive back is that same list, checked off item by item, on your work order.
Linde Also maintain a timeframe for the major service: at least every three years, even if the meter has not yet reached 6000 operating hours. This schedule applies to the diesel models from the 1202 series (H20D through H35D); electric forklifts and warehouse technology have their own list, which we follow in the same way.
Price
How much does a maintenance service cost?
We have deliberately not listed a starting price here, as it would be incorrect for half of the machines. The difference lies in the type and year of manufacture of the machine, whether it is diesel, electric, or LPG, which service is due, and what we encounter on the road. Therefore, instead of a teaser, you get this:
A price in advance
Provide us with the type and operating hours, so you know the cost of the service before we arrive. For a fleet, we calculate the cost per machine, allowing you to budget for the entire year.
Nothing added without your agreement
If the technician encounters something outside the immediate area, he will call you first. You decide whether it needs to be taken care of immediately or if it can wait. Therefore, there is never any work on the invoice that you were unaware of.
What you pay is visible afterwards
The work order lists the checked-off items and the parts used. The invoice follows that order. This allows you to check line by line where your money has gone.
Our stock
Add another machine?
Anyone maintaining their fleet will sooner or later run short of a machine. So feel free to take a look at our used forklifts en new Linde forkliftsEvery machine leaves the premises scanned, inspected, and with a maintenance service.
Work area
Where we go, and how fast
Our workshop is located in Mol, in the heart of the Kempen. Geel, Turnhout, Herentals, Balen, Dessel, Lommel, and Hasselt are a half-hour drive away. We serve Antwerp, Limburg, and North Brabant by appointment, just like the rest of Belgium and the Netherlands.
For routine maintenance, you do not have to wait weeks with us: we schedule the service in consultation, usually within a few working days. We would rather promise you a date we meet than a record that sounds good.
Has your work come to a standstill? A replacement forklift will be available within 24 hours.
In the event of a breakdown that truly prevents you from continuing, the repair time is not the only thing that matters — above all, you must be able to keep working. That is why, in such cases, we provide a replacement machine within 24 hours, and then take our time to service your own forklift.
Maintenance contract
Don't let the maintenance depend on your memory.
With a fleet of a few machines, the operating hours always vary. With a maintenance contract, we keep track of this and call you when service is due — you no longer have to think about it yourself.
- Shifts according to the schedule, planned per machine
- We keep track of the operating hours and will contact you ourselves.
- Inspections scheduled immediately
- Priority in case of malfunction
- Fixed prices per session for the duration
The cost of a contract depends on the number of machines, the type, and the operating hours per year. That is why we provide a quotation instead of quoting a rate that does not fit.
Also good to know
We arrange inspection and parts in the same go.
Periodic safety inspection
A forklift must be inspected periodically for safety. We are a certified BMWT inspection company and perform inspections at your location, preferably at the same time as the maintenance service. This way, the machine is out of service once instead of twice.
- Inspection and re-inspection
- Inspection report per machine
- Planning for your entire fleet
Parts and consumables
We supply filters, oil, tires, brake parts, and hydraulic hoses with the service or separately. We work with quality parts, because a cheap filter that clogs up after 200 hours will ultimately cost you more than it saves.

Frequently asked questions
What customers ask us about maintenance
How often does a forklift need to be maintained?
We maintain 500 operating hours, while the factory schedule of Linde prescribes 1000 hours. If a machine runs infrequently, we visit at least once a year: oil and filters age even when the meter is stationary. With a contract, we keep track of the hours for you and call you when the service is due.
Are you coming to our location?
Yes. Our service van is fully equipped, allowing us to perform maintenance, minor repairs, and periodic safety inspections right on your premises. We only pick up the machine for major repairs — and in that case, we provide a replacement forklift in consultation with you.
How much does a maintenance service cost?
That depends on the type of machine, the fuel, the hours of operation, and which service is due. Provide us with the type and hours of operation, and you will receive the price in advance. If the mechanic encounters something on the road that is not part of the service, he will call first; therefore, no work will ever appear on the invoice that you were unaware of.
Will I get a replacement forklift if mine is being repaired?
In the event of a breakdown that brings your work to a standstill, we will provide a replacement machine within 24 hours. We also arrange a replacement for longer repairs or overhauls: we pick up your forklift, do the work, and return it.
Do you also service machines that were not purchased from you?
Certainly. We also maintain and inspect fleets purchased elsewhere. For Linde Furthermore, we have the official LSG diagnostic software, with which we can read, update, and calibrate all models, up to and including the latest ones.
Is an inspection mandatory, and can you bring it along immediately?
A forklift must be inspected periodically for safety. We are a certified BMWT inspection company and prefer to schedule the inspection together with the maintenance service, so that your machine is out of service once instead of twice. You can read more about this at our page about inspections.
Will I see exactly what was done afterwards?
Yes. The mechanic works through the list for that service item by item and checks it off on the work order. You will receive that order, including the parts used, and the invoice follows that order.
How do I request maintenance or a repair?
The fastest way is via WhatsApp on +32 470 92 72 48 or by e-mail to Werkplaats@2bro.beAll service and parts requests come in there, ensuring that not a single request falls through.
